Hand typed on to recycled sturdy card stock:
Poem text:
Let my anger be a controlled burn
a hedge of protection not wanton destruction
removing the debris without touching the roots
let it stay precise a blaze like a blade
clearing a space
or all that wants to live
I do not crave to scorch the earth
it has been scorched enough
instead I will preserve the seedling & sprout
standing at the edge of what I love
and say: no further not on my watch.
